Canal Junction Farmstead Cheese is owned and operated by the 5th and 6th generations on the family farm. The farm is located in the historically rich setting of the junction of the Miami Erie and Wabash Erie Canals. What was once a boom town during the canal era, Junction is now almost non existent and just a berg between Paulding and Defiance, Ohio. Our mission is to produce high quality artisan cheeses that excite the taste buds and have high nutritional values.

- Crafted on the farm where the milk is produced from cows that are pasture raised (exclusively during the growing seasons)
